Encouraging domestic and international travel agencies to create tours and increase the number of visitors to the region is an important part of tourism policies. Local governments are conducting activities such as inviting domestic and international travel agencies and organizing overseas inspection tours for local travel agencies.


These activities are also essential to ensure that our region is included in tours organized by domestic and international travel agencies.



2.2 Exhibiting at travel marts, travel fairs and events

A Travel Mart is a large-scale business meeting held between overseas travel agencies handling travel to Japan and domestic tourism-related companies. The ads are placed in a wide range of places, including web ads such as listings and displays on search engines such as Google, as well as ads distributed on SNS platforms.
