HubSpot's New Pricing: A Simple Explanation

Post by shukla53621 »

HubSpot’s pricing is a key element for companies planning to implement this popular customer relationship management (CRM) platform. As of March 5, 2024, HubSpot’s new pricing has introduced several innovations that are important to customers. For those who want to understand how to interpret HubSpot’s pricing, I’ve put together this guide.

Pricing for many CRM systems is available online, and HubSpot is no exception . You can find pricing information for services and packages at hubspot.com/pricing . Recent changes have added new concepts to these, so while they generally simplify purchasing decisions, they are worth taking a moment to consider.

How is HubSpot structured?
HubSpot still consists of the base, the CRM system (" smart CRM ") and " hubs " or sets of tools designed for specific tasks. HubSpot hubs currently available in Poland are:

Marketing Hub – advanced Marketing Automation and content romania business email list management tools , perfect for inbound marketing activities
Sales Hub – tools for conducting sales activities and sales management, addressed especially to sales representatives
Service Hub – tools to improve customer service, useful in the Customer Service department
Content Hub – AI-powered content creation and management tools and CMS that allow you to easily build websites that are fully integrated with CRM and Marketing Automation
Operations Hub – tools to help ensure data quality throughout the system
Commerce Hub – tools that help your business invoice customers and collect payments.

As you can see, HubSpot is now positioning itself as a comprehensive enterprise development platform for supporting the digital life of a company, not just a CRM system. At the same time, intelligent CRM equipped with AI tools is still the heart of the entire system.

Therefore, according to the new price list, the basic CRM is available to all users who purchase access to the HubSpot hub/hubs, as well as – in terms of basic functions – in the Free version. So what versions do we have to choose from?

HubSpot Pricing Packages
In this respect, the new price list does not introduce a revolution, HubSpot is available in 4 packages, namely:

Free
Starter
Professional
Enterprise
Key information that will be useful when shopping is:

It’s completely free to get started – a free CRM isn’t really a long-term business solution, but if you want to see what it’s like to work with HubSpot, it might be a good place to start.
You can choose a package that combines all hubs, and then we get a better price, this solution is called Customer Platform .
You can connect Hubs at different levels, i.e. choose the Marketing Enterprise license, but only the Professional Service.
New HubSpot Pricing
Simple base, i.e. Free and Starter
The first available level is the "free tools" option, i.e. free access . It is very limited and often branded, as in the case of live chat on the site, forms or sent documents - all of them will have the HubSpot badge. This is a good option to test and click through, understand the basics, but it is rather hard to imagine a business operating on free access.

In the new price list, Free access can be obtained for up to 5 users. They will have access to all the functions in this package.

The first paid level is the Starter package . At the Starter level, we have already removed the HubSpot brand. This is a good option to start with, to take advantage of the possibilities of the entire HubSpot, because at this level, according to the new price list, every user gains access to the full set of features (HubSpot now calls it Core Seat ).

That's why Starter is currently available in a " per user " model, and its price is €15 per month (with an annual subscription). Is it a lot or a little? When comparing HubSpot with competitive solutions, it should be noted that at a price similar to other CRMs, HubSpot offers de facto access not only to CRM, but also tools in the field of marketing, customer service or CMS - so in my opinion it is a very good price.

The new pricing model also makes it easier to make purchasing decisions, in my opinion – all you need to know is how many of your employees need the ability to work in HubSpot, regardless of what they’ll be doing there. It’s also worth remembering that viewing data in the system is completely free. It’s called the View-Only Seat , and it’s a seat recommended for managers who need access to data and reports but don’t work with CRM on a daily basis.
