Female Networks That Work, The Story of Francesca Bazzani
"I'm Francesca Bazzani, and today I have a marketing agency aimed at the Food & Pastry world specialized in communication and management of customers with particular and restricted diets and I met Daniela Ballarini by chance a few years ago at a meeting between professionals on the subject of LinkedIn.
I want to specify "today" because the last two years have been a blender in which, however, certain encounters have changed the trajectory of my professional life.
In 2016 I was working as a marketing manager for a multinational, but I already felt the symptoms of growing dissatisfaction , there was no specific reason, but more of a basic restlessness and so I signed up for a free meeting to why choose our service improve visibility on LinkedIn and through an acquaintance of a few minutes before, I met Daniela. After a few months, we met again with surprise in the gym in front of the hairdryer station. Between brushes, creams and mascara we started talking and so this dissatisfaction emerged, the desire to create a project of my own by combining passions and skills: marketing, pastry making and Italian gastronomic culture.
Thus the first idea was born: Adagio gourmet , a line of gourmet biscuits dedicated to the foreign market in which to combine the aromas, flavours and culture of true Made in Italy to make known to the world.
Unexpectedly, the proposal to participate in a meeting organized by Daniela in the spring of 2017 with her association Le Donne di Verona fare rete al femminile and Union Camere, arrives, in which Daniela, with a mix and match, unites three women in different phases of their growth path : those who support women entrepreneurs in their professional path, those who are already in the prime of their career and those, like me, who have a project to realize.
