OpenAI is developing a new type of API interaction: OpenAI Assistants – which goes beyond the completion APIs we already support through the GPT task action.
Why did they provide these new API interaction features?
Businesses have suddenly discovered the power of LLM Artificial Intelligence to provide customer service automation to their end users, using generative AI and the well-known RAG paradigm. The RAG paradigm is a method that uses NLP and generative AI to easily answer user queries across your knowledge bases, whether it is your website pages, corporate italy phone number whatsapp PDFs/DOCXs, or database content.
