It is the buzzword, it is the current trend, it is… artificial intelligence (AI). The magnitude of its latest advances has meant that this technology leaves no one indifferent. So much so that even the Royal Spanish Academy has chosen it as the word of the year 2022. However, AI is not a new concept and it is likely that we have all handled or interacted with artificial intelligence at some point .

TikTok to tailor content to our tastes; to the phone number databases chatbot that answers our questions when making an online purchase; to voice assistants, like Alexa, which are already found in a surprising number of homes.

Furthermore, at the business level, AI has been leaving the purely technological industry for years to be incorporated into the processes and departments of companies in various sectors and to begin carrying out tasks of personalization, automation, optimization and data analysis, among others. In fact, as published by the National Institute of Statistics (INE) in its survey on the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in the first half of 2022, 12.6% of companies in Spain with more than ten employees use some type of artificial intelligence , a figure that will only increase in the immediate future.

Well, the second half of 2022 was full of launches of new artificial intelligence tools to create quality texts and images, accessible to any user and capable of being used for countless tasks related to marketing and communication .
