In 2019, the development company Jizerské apartmány finland telemarketing managed to acquire a unique plot of land in the village of Lázně Libverda. It is a place with an unforgettable view of the surrounding peaks of the Jizera Mountains. Moreover, it is directly adjacent to the Protected Landscape Area of the Jizera Mountains and within the built-up area of the spa village of Lázně Libverda.
The initial idea was to create a closed complex here, respecting the Jizera Mountains architecture and offering its residents a unique view. The design phase lasted almost three years, during which the final concept of the Jizera Chalets was created, houses built to the highest standard and using the most modern technologies.
" We build our houses ourselves, that's the only way we can control the quality and we are sure that we can stand behind the result. Moreover, we live in this area, which is why we care so much about precise execution that respects the beautiful local landscape and environment ," say the designers of the houses.
Within the project, the developer offers two types of houses. Chalet and Chalet+, with a living area of 203 m2 and 248 m2, respectively. Both chalets are equipped with a wellness area including a Finnish sauna. The above-standard living area will allow the realization of all the ideas of future owners about their dream home.

High standard
The houses use top-quality materials from proven suppliers. All-aluminum windows in matte black decor including front window blinds, rebateless solid oak doors and floors. Underfloor heating is provided by a Stiebel Eltron heat pump, and a solar panel system is installed for hot water heating. The houses are also equipped with Canadian fireplace stoves to create a pleasant mountain atmosphere. All systems are controlled by the Loxon smart home. The chalets are equipped with a 4K camera system including connection to the central security desk.
