Step 2: Complete the application
The Subscription Messaging request consists of three parts:

Choose the category of your chatbots : The categories to choose from are News, Productivity, and Personal Tracking.
Describe the type of messages you will send and how often: Here you should explain the information and update services that your chatbot provides, for example updates to your blog, information about events or webinars, etc.
Examples of the messages that will be sent.

FAQs:
Do the likers on my fan page instantly become subscribers of my chatbot?
NO.

A liker is a person who has indicated that they like your Facebook page, a subscriber in chatbot terms is a person who has started a conversation with your business through Messenger.

A liker can be a subscriber, but not all of your subscribers can be likers.

How were subscription message sending permissions previously managed?
If you had a chatbot connected to your fan page through a platform such as: Chatfuel, ManyChat, MobileMonkey, Botsify or another, I inform you that these platforms were in charge of managing these permissions automatically.

Admins will now need to request it at the page level by December 31st.
